Every OTHER°MEANING piece is made to order. Please allow time for your item to be produced before it ships.
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, delivery time will depend on the destination and shipping method selected.
SHIPPING RATES
Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your package in transit.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some orders may arrive in more than one package. This can happen when products are fulfilled from different locations or require different fulfillment methods.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
If your package is significantly past its estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.
Unless these charges are collected at checkout, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. OTHER°MEANING is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted during checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment has begun.
